You will also gain the expertise to develop a solid business plan and prepare to sell your culinary creations in a retail environment.     The Fifth Annual Girls in Technology Symposium continues to deliver information about careers and opportunities in the technology field to female students. The day consists of hands-on workshops, exhibits, contests, and a panel discussion, all designed to promote STEM education.     Entrepreneurship is a day of education and inspiration for the Hudson County food community. Attendees will enjoy a tasting menu from local food businesses along with a panel discussion and breakout sessions where they will hear from successful food entrepreneurs and industry experts. The event will culminate with a pitch competition that gives food makers the opportunity to win money to fund their business.
